What is CardIQ?
CardIQ is a native iOS app that turns your iPhone into a business card scanner. Point your camera at a card, and CardIQ instantly extracts the contact information—name, email, phone, company, everything. No typing. No manual entry. Just scan and go.
But here's what makes CardIQ different: everything happens on your device. Your card images never leave your iPhone. Your contact data stays private. You can scan hundreds of cards at a conference with terrible Wi-Fi, and it all works perfectly—because nothing needs to be uploaded to a server.
Privacy-First by Design
Most business card scanning apps send your card photos to cloud servers for processing. We believe your contact data is private and should stay on your device.
When you scan with CardIQ:
- All processing happens on your iPhone
- No card images are sent to our servers
- No third-party tracking
- Your data stays yours
If you want to sync across devices, you can enable iCloud Sync—using your personal iCloud account, not ours. You're in complete control.
