That frustration is what led us at LESO LABS to build AllAudioAI.
We wanted to stop choosing between taking notes and being present. We wanted to sit in a meeting, focus on the people in the room, and let technology handle the rest. Record the conversation. Transcribe it. Summarize it. And if we need to revisit something specific, let us ask questions and get answers.
That's exactly what AllAudioAI does.
What Is AllAudioAI?
AllAudioAI is an audio intelligence app for iPhone and Apple Watch. At its core, it does four things:
1. Records high-quality audio on your phone or directly from your wrist
2. Transcribes speech to text using AI
3. Summarizes recordings into key points, decisions, and action items
4. Lets you chat with your audio, ask questions, and get answers
It's not a voice recorder. It's not a transcription tool. It's a system that transforms spoken words into structured, searchable, actionable intelligence.

Why We Built This
The idea started back in 2023. We were tired of the tradeoff between listening and note-taking. Company meetings, client calls, events, doctors appointments. Every situation where you need to pay attention is a situation where pulling out a notepad works against you.
So we set out to build something that removes that tradeoff entirely.
The result has changed how we work. We walk into meetings, tap record, and focus entirely on the conversation. Afterward, we have a full transcription, a structured summary, and the ability to chat with the recording to pull out anything we need. This has elevated the way we do business, and the Apple Watch makes it even better. It's always on your wrist, two taps and it's recording. That's a game changer.
Our Core Values
Privacy Focused. We take your privacy seriously. We don't collect analytics, we don't track your location, we don't use device identifiers for advertising, and we don't access your contacts or photos. Your recordings, transcriptions, and summaries stay on your device by default. When you use AI features like transcription and summarization, your audio is sent to our AI providers over encrypted HTTPS connections for processing, then the results are returned to your device. We don't store your audio on external servers beyond what's needed to process your request.
Fast and Powerful. Transcription is powered by AI infrastructure, delivering fast, accurate results across 99+ languages. We use cloud-based AI for transcription and summarization because local on-device models currently only support English and produce noticeably lower quality results. By using the best AI models available, we ensure you get the accuracy and language support you need. But if you want local Apple AI model, it's available too.
Beautiful Design. Native iOS and watchOS, built with SwiftUI to feel like it belongs on your Apple devices. Not a web wrapper. A real, native experience.

The Features
AI-Powered Transcription
Powered by AI, AllAudioAI converts speech to text with high accuracy across 99+ languages. Language detection is automatic. Hit record and speak in any language. The transcription is timestamped, so you can tap any segment to jump to that exact moment in the playback.
We also built follow-along mode. Each transcribed segment highlights as it plays back. If you want to start somewhere else, tap that segment and playback jumps to that point.
Smart Summaries
This is where AllAudioAI goes beyond a simple transcription tool. After transcribing, the AI generates a structured summary that includes:
- A concise overview of the recording
- Key points pulled from the conversation
- Key decisions that were made
- Action items with assignees and deadlines (when mentioned)
- Participant identification
A 45-minute meeting becomes a 30-second read.
Chat With Your Audio
Don't read the transcript. Ask questions and get answers. AllAudioAI understands the context of your recordings so you can have a real conversation about what was said.
Ask "What were the key action items from this meeting?" and get back something like:
Based on the recording, here are the action items: Send the Q4 report by Friday. Update the marketing budget. Schedule a follow-up with the design team.
It's like having a personal assistant who was in every meeting and remembers everything.
Task Extraction
Action items mentioned in your recordings are automatically extracted from AI summaries and turned into manageable tasks. Tasks are organized by recording, grouped into sections like Key Points, Key Decisions, and Action Items. You can track completion with swipe gestures and always link back to the source recording.
Background Recording
Keep recording even when your phone or Apple Watch is locked or in the background. Hit record and put your phone down. AllAudioAI keeps going.
iCloud Sync
With iCloud Sync (available on Pro and Business plans), your recording metadata, transcriptions, summaries, and chat conversations sync across your devices using Apple's CloudKit. Audio files stay on your device for storage efficiency, and the sync can be toggled on or off at any time in Settings.
The Apple Watch: Record From Your Wrist. Phone Optional.
This is the feature we're most excited about.
The AllAudioAI Apple Watch app is a fully independent recorder. You don't need your iPhone nearby. You don't need to fiddle with your phone. Raise your wrist, tap the record button, and you're capturing audio.
Here's what makes it special:
Standalone recording. The watch app works completely on its own. Walk into a meeting with your Apple Watch and walk out with a full recording ready to be transcribed and summarized on your iPhone later.
One-tap start. A large, centered record button with a 3-2-1 countdown and haptic feedback so you know exactly when recording begins. No menus, no settings to configure. Tap and go.
Simplicity. Launch recording instantly from your watch face, no need to find and open the app.
Background recording. Records reliably even when the screen is off. Start a recording and lower your wrist. It keeps going.
Pause and resume. Need to take a break? Pause the recording and pick it back up without creating a separate file.
Auto Sync. Recordings transfer seamlessly to your iPhone. They show up on your phone ready for transcription and AI analysis.
Apple Watch Agent Mode. Available on the Pro plan, an advanced mode for power users who want more from their watch recordings.
